Pre 1990 in all probability - and it's probably a concept bike, by which I mean one designed by an artist rather than an engineer.
Whoa. A lot going on there. The wheels say "Ultegra". How old is this photo? Funny: Everything is fully teched out, but the brake levers are like, circa 1986.
