Are there any relatively cheap AND functional gifts for the triathlete? By cheap I'm talking less than $20.

Only one I can think of is electrical tape. Everything else cost over $500.

get a killer swimcap and amber colored goggles...they are great for winter, and amber gives the illusion of sunlight in the pool. that's as good as it gets. kc
PS--really nice running socks are nice too, or a cold weather running cap.
