Hello everyone!

I'm currently running a few times a week during my lunch time(11:30am or 12:00) at Columbia, MD. Does anyone live/work around this area and are interested to run together ?
I'm trying to improve my 10k/20k time and during the winter it's really hard to train alone... I'm currently running something from 6 miles to 10 miles per day (but adding a little bit more each week).
*I can make now +- 16' in the 5K and 35 in the 10k.

Anyone interested ?
