I'm thinking of upgrading my Rolf Vector Pros to a Hed 3 / Hed disc on my Cervelo P3. My bike split at IMC should be about 5:15 (was 5:20 in '03). Looking at available literature, I'm guessing the Hed wheels might save me about 5 minutes max. I am however concerned about the extra weight and its impact on the climbs at Richter and Yellow lake. Thoughts or opinions?
