Tupper Lake Sprint Course
I am thinking about doing the Tupper Lake sprint next year. It's really almost equal to an Oly-distance race. Does anyone know how hilly the bike and run portions are?

There is an elevation map for the Tinman bike course, but much of the sprint is off of this course...the turn around is at someplace called Mt. Arab.

The run course is the first 6.2 miles of the Tinman course. There is no elevation profile on the site.

Thanks.

Nothing in Tuppeer is very hilly at all. The bike course is quite flat save for a few rollers early in the Half that the Sprint race uses. There's a bit of an uphill at the start of the Run. It flattens out soon after Mile 1 and stays flat the rest of the Sprint course(The Half has a bit of hill work coming back from the turn around)

PS. It's a good race. The Sprint field is usually very small.
