we had a "health expo" at my work today. decided to go to it because i got out of work for an hour. nothing wrong with that. they had a bmi/body fat scale at one of the stations so i decided to give it a try. here are my results.
i'm 175.8 lbs
i have 6.5% body fat.
my bmi is 25.2
i have 11.4 lbs of fat on me.
164 lbs of fat free mass.
my total body water is 120.4 which means i'm about 69% water i think.
all in all i ended up beating every categorys "optimal" level. i thought that was pretty cool. and, on top of that the lady was very impressed and said i was very healthy. (knock on wood)
