Is it possible to use a 26.8 seat post in a 27.2 seat tupe ? Maybe with a shim ?

With a shim, yes. Without a shim no.

I've used a 26.8 seatpost in a 27.0 tube with no problems on a mountain bike. I'd be leary trying 27.2 without a shim.
Not a good idea! Unless you get an exact shim, don't try it as you will damage the frame. Seat posts are cheap, buy the correct size!
