knee movement

As I inadvertently queried on someone else's thread to no avail I figured I best start my own.

I have been searching web in vain for info on saddle height and how it affects varus/valgus motion at the knee, any chance someone could shed some light on this issue?

I thought it might be related to possibly saddle being too low? Or too high a Q factor? or leg length discrepencies? But cannot corroborate this anywhere or in any textbooks.

If its the last does one set the saddle for the longer leg and shim the shorter?

would really appreciate some thought from the fit guru's out there.

cheers
