I don't know of any stores selling used bikes, but for new ones I think Richard's Cyclery in Garden Grove is a good place. Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful, when the store isn't swarmed with customers. they are in the shopping center where Valley View crosses Chapman. You might try the website for Orange County Wheelmen. www.ocw.org they have a classified section there.
