The frame weight is 1100 grams. The weight is listed at http://www.devinci.com/10970_an.html (it is in the green flame graphic) I didn't check against the P2C but when I checked against the geometry of the P3C with seat post at 78 degrees and it is almost exactly the same, I think there was one measurement that was off by a couple mm. It is made with High modulus carbon which is the same material as the Cervelo.

The wheels are from a company called Xero which is company from Asia http://www.xerowheel.com The wheelset is very light at 1520 grams so definately light enough to be considered race wheels. There are some reviews of the wheels here http://www.bikeradar.com/...ts/product/xr-1-8941 and her is a site listing the weight http://www.cyclepath.ca/products/item2160.htm. I raced the bike with a set of 2008 Zipp 404 (tubular approx 1200 grams) with a rear wheel cover from WheelBuilder and the 2 Schwable tubular tires and Ultegra 12-27 cassette. If you are really interested in the Zipps I am willing to sell it with both wheel sets with the bike.

The bike has only 3 races on it and under 1000 miles on it and has never been crashed, I can send you close up pictures of the entire bike/frame if you are interested, no problem. I also replaced the chain with a Shimano Ultegra chain before the last race so it only has 112 miles on it.

I will also throw in a Sigma 1606L wireless computer http://www.sigmasport.de/...606l/?punkt=features that also has cadence since it is already on the bike (MSRP $99).

If you need pedals I am also willing to toss in a set of 2008 Shimano Ultegra pedals (MSRP $159.00) http://cyclesmith.ca/itemdetails.cfm?id=1582 Which are not pictured, great pedals. I only used them for the summer, I can send pics

Right now I have it listed at $1850 US. That is cheaper than a Cervelo P3C frame only and it is just as good. Having a good carbon bike does help as well as putting you in a good areodynamic position.
The bike is still in new condition since I do most my training on a road bike or Mtn bike

If you are 5'9-5'11 this will be a good fit. I am just under 5'8" or 171 cm. The bike was very comfortable but I want to get more lower and more areodynamic so I need a smaller bike. So I am getting the same bike, just 1 size down
Just for comparison to the 2008 Cervelo P2C (because people have asked me how it compares)
The P2C frame is 1400 Grams, Devinci is 1100 Grams (this is b/c P2C uses low modulus carbon and the Devinci uses high modulus carbon which is what is used for the P3C)
The wheels on the P2C are Shimano R-500 which are just under 1900 Grams. the wheels Xero-Lites on the Devinci are 1500 Grams
The Cranks on the P2C are The FSA Gossamer MegaExo (aluminum) The Cranks on the Devinci are FSA Team Issue Mega Exo (carbon)
The Brakes on the P2C are Cervleo OEM which are a low grade. The brakes on the Devinci are FSA Gossamer.

So you are about 900 grams heavier (approx 2 pounds) with the P2C
I am also including the Sigma wireless computer with cadence (MSRP $99) and the rear seat bottle holder.

The Devinci LEO size Med and the P3C size 54 (when set up as 78 degree seat tube) are the exact same geometry. The P2C is actually a bit more slack. Read through the stack and reach dimensions for the P3C and the P2C you see the 51 cm frames are the same at 48.2 centimeters of stack and 40.5 centimeters of reach. As you go up to the 54cm frame size the difference becomes 1.4 centimeters less stack for the P3C- the frame is lower on the P3C. The head tube is 1.5 centimeters lower too. As you go up in sizes to the 56cm, the 58 and so on the differences become greater.

The frame does have a lifetime warranty (make sure any bike you buy has this, especially a carbon bike). It is also a nice bright yellow that is easy to spot in the T-zone

If you don't need the wheels (if you have race wheels) let me know and I can knock the price down if I keep the wheels. I actually really like the wheels and can use them on my road bike
So I have dropped down to $1850 or if you want no wheels I will sell it for $1650

I can tell you my bike only has about 800 Km on it because I do the majority if training on my road bike
