Do new headsets (specifically a Cane Creek S1) have some kind of sealed or cartridge bearings that the user doesn't have to grease? It looks that way but all the headsets I had before the bearings were loose or in a carrier where you could see and grease them. It I can't see where I would even put grease on this new one.
