I have the Adamo race. It solved all my numbness and comfort problems. I absolutely love the saddle and highly recommend it.

Ditto that. It freaked me out when, halfway through my first tri, I suddenly couldn't feel anything in that area. The Adamo completely solved that problem. One thing to remember, though, is it distributes pressure completely different than what you're used to. At first you may not like at all; give it time, you'll adapt. Just remember how long it took before you could do a century on a regular saddle...
