FS Giant OCR1 Women's road Bike

I bought this bike for my wife in March of 2006. Since that purchase it has been on exactly 4 rides for a total of maybe 40 miles.

We paid $1100 for the bike and are asking $700 shipped.

Here are the specs:

Giant OCR1 (2005 or 2006 Model)
Size: Small
Color: Silver with pink & white accents
Frame: Aluminum
Front Dérailleur: Ultegra
Rear Dérailleur: Ultegra 9spd
Brake/Shift lever: Shimano Short Reach with one shim (ST-R700)
Additional Brake Levers: Tektro Interrupters
Crank: Truvativ Elita Triple (52/42/30)
Brakes: generic
Handlebar: ITM Racing Super 300 (40cm)
Wheels: Xero Lite XSR-3
Tires: Michelin Dynamic

I don't have a problem shipping to Canada. I may need to ask a bit more for shipping.

The bike is the normal Giant small frame, not the women's specific small. The regular small frame is in between the women's specific small and medium, as far as I can tell.

so what would the top tube measurement be? my friend is interested for sure but she runs closer to a men's small or women's medium. this could work if the numbers are right.

I'm currently about 1000 miles away from the bike, so I can't confirm or deny that the link is accurate to the bike.
