I have a HED3 tubular rear wheel that I bought new three years ago and have used in about five races, all sprint distances. It currently has a TUFO tire mounted and there is a new spare. No cassette is included. The wheel decal is yellow and the tires have red treads and yellow sidewalls.

I no longer compete and do not have a bike that takes 650 wheels. Make me a fairly reasonable offer and let's deal!
