700c clinchers, paired "crossover" spoke pattern, around 1700g for the set. Reasonably stiff, nice 30mm rounded aero profile, good in crosswinds. These were TIAA-CREF/Clif Bar team cyclo-cross wheels from 2004 - 2007, probably 50-60 'cross races and some training on them.
Good: Wheels are true and round, bearings are good, freehub is good. Functionally excellent wheels. No cracks or anything like that.
Bad: They look like they've been raced in 50-60 'cross races, in all conditions. Lots of brake track wear, some dings & scratches, some of the Shimano stickers are gone. Appearance is rough. A couple of the plastic things that go between spokes at crossings are missing (they serve no purpose anyway).
No skewers.
