I'm looking for tri training for the handcycle division. I was paralyzed in motorcycle accident 8 yrs ago which left me wheelchair bound but started racing marathons now looking to doing some triathlons. I have completed an olympic distance race already but with no advice. Can anyone offer any help? Thanks Todd

Congratulations on all you've accomplished already. While I don't have any personal experience in your area (knock-on-wood), I have a good friend, John Brewer, who is an accomplished wheelchair/handcycle athlete.
