I have a brand new Powertap 32 hole hub that I am considering trading away for a 20 hole Powertap. Mine was a warranty exchange and it has never been used or laced up. Anybody have a 20 they want to trade?

I know Saris can switch the hole number on the hub pretty easily, if you don't have luck trading.

Are you sure about Saris' ability and/or willingness to swap out the hub body? I am in the identical predicament as the original poster, looking to swap my 32h for a 20h. I emailed Saris about this, but they indicated that they don't offer that service. Perhaps there's someone who could help?
