Hey John - I have a 3T Forgie stem that might be what you're looking for. It's used, but in good shape. 1-1/8", 100 mm, 26 mm clamp, black, 2 bolt clamp, 1 bolt on the steerer. If my memory serves me correctly, it's +/- 6 degrees. No issues with it, but I just rebuilt my bike and went with a longer stem. Yours for $10 plus shipping.

Thanks Mike. I am not sure that +/-6 will get me low enough. I'll keep it in mind and let you know after I do some measurements.
