If that's really the case, then this should be easy money for you guys.
I suggest for each of the remaining stages:
- I bet $100 per stage that Jan can't put more than 1:30 on Lance
- I pay another $100 if Jan wins AND puts over 1:30 on Lance
- I pay another $300 if Jan wins the GC
- You bet $100 that Lance can't put more than 1:30 on Jan
- You pay another $100 if Armstrong wins AND puts over 1:30 on Jan
- You pay another $300 if Lance wins the GC
Both riders must start and finish the stage for it to count.
