They keep talking about Voeckler getting the rookie of the year and then they say he was 114th last year. Can someone explain?
Did Ullrich get penalized for going back down the course?
That's an interesting question about Voeckler. I don't know the answer.
I think the only thing Ullrich has been penalized for is too many twinkies.
...I know, that's mean. He is actually an incredible athlete. It is just his misfortune that Armstrong is that magical 1% stronger.

I could be wrong but I think that they are talking about Voeckler winning the white jersey which is for best young rider (any rider under like 26) and therefore he would not need to be a rookie.
