I am running an FSA Gossamer 53-39 Isis Splined crankset with a Truvativ Isis Splined Bottom Bracket. I want to upgrade to an FSA Carbon Pro Team Issue Crankset. Can I use the existing bottom bracket with the new crankset or do I have to purchase a new bottom bracket?

You can just make sure you get an ISIS splined crank, they are available.
I realize I need an Isis Splined Crankset. So is the Truvativ Isis Splined BB that came standard on my bike compatible?

Yes. ISIS is a standard, so any ISIS-sompatible crankset works with any ISIS-compatible BB. The only time you need to worry about the BB width is when you are using swapping a double for a triple crank (or vice versa) or when you are buying a new BB.
