I switch aerobars and know my barcon is stuck in the 12. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong. The thing is stuck in one position and won't let me shift...please help!!!

Sounds as though you put the ratcheting mechanism back together wrong. Be sure all the parts of the barends are to same as when you removed them.

There is a little square insert that needs to be oriented the right way for proper shifting. Fool around with it a bit. Hint: There are four positions and one of them is correct.
Thanks for the help! Turns out I totally forgot to put the shifter down it to the 12 before taking it off, so I had to n-rig the shifter to make it shift down all the way before reinstalling it. shit, I'm glad thats over with. Got a race this weekend and didn't want to have to race with a mtn bike!
