Anyone out here ride & run in the DFW area? I live in Arlington and work in east Fort Worth. Particularly searching for riding & long running partners. I ride 18-20 and run 20 at an 8:15 pace. Would like to improve both though.

They know a lot of triathletes in the DFW metro area and can probably help you find a group to train/race with.
