The RoadBikeReview ad says it's an '06. Is it '06 or '07? What was the list price? Reason for selling?

It is an 07 (gotta fix that on RbR) it is listed @ $4300 with the Ultegra gruppo, and aluminum bars. This was upgraded to Dura Ace and with carbon bars.
I was returning to Multisport but found that I wasnt all that into it. Im going back to running Ultras...
