These are grey Under Armour running tights. They have a brushed fleece-style liner inside so they are relatively warm. They are a medium, but a smaller medium. I have only worn them once or twice as they are too small. I am almost 6'1" with a 31-31" waist. Probably would fit someone with the same waist, or a little smaller, but also short. At 6'1", they were too short on me. Nice, warm tights though.
