Congratulations to Sindballe!

Sergio Marques (aka sergio) had a very good race. I still didnt spoke with him after the race but analysing the results he made the swim and bike course with his head on and not forcing to much. This his only is second world champ and when he got on his feet for the 30 last K's he just gave it all away making a great recovery at the end, finishing with the 5th best run split and 17th overal.

This is the all time very best place for a portuguese triathlete in Long Distance Champ's. Really not bad at all for a 23 year old triathlete.. :)
