Is that run up in the hilly area by the lake, or down in the flat.

I'm doing the San Ramon run, because it's dead flat. I haven't run since breaking a toe two weeks ago today at Tri For Fun. My chiropractor has been treating the toe with a really freaky electronic device that smacks of Tesla... I'll find out tomorrow if it's any good!

Actually, I did a mile on a treadmill at the club today, between two spin sessions, so I think I'm good to go. Slowly, in all probability, but go I must!
