Several months ago someone posted a web site that explained tons of yoga poses. Unfortunately I can't find it with the search tool on this forum. Does anyone have a web site that explains different poses.

I've got Yee's Yoga for Athletes DVD, and I am going to use that to create a custom stretching routine but I need to get some more poses so that I can put some special emphasis on lower back/psoas.
