MS 150

In preparation for IMF this year I will be doing the MS150 city to shore bike tour. I have two options... I could either:

A: do 75 one day 75 the next with an easy 5 mile jog after each OR

B: do 100 one day and 75 the next with an easy jog after each.

which would you suggest? i'm not planning on going all out here I would just like to get 2 quality days of training in for the IM.

I did that a few years back training for LP and did option B: 100 the first day with a short run, 75 the next and skipped the second run.. I am no expert but not sure you need to run both days!

Why not do the whole 175 on the first day, and then see if you can run at all?

I'd say either option is good IM training. The back to back long days are murder, so be sure to rest and recover on day 3!!

I did a short brick after hammering the Wildflower Century (Chico, CA, not to be confused with the Wildflower Tri) it was murder.
