FS: Very lightly used HED 3's, 650c, Clincher (Shimano DA 9-sp hub). I am second owner. 170 race miles, some test miles, excellent condition. Both wheels run true. I just got these, but when it rains it pours (I came across a Powertap & Zipp wheel combo deal I couldn't pass up, right after I took delivery of these). My redundancy is your gain. Package includes:
