Thanks for looking. A friend of mine has decided to do a charity cycling event to raise money for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I unfortunately can't do it with him but thought you all might be able to provide some extra support. It is a two day 150 mile ride in Maryland.

Some background on him. He recently returned from a 6 month trip working for ssvas (for info go to http://www.ssvas.org) in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity. the closest thing to this he's ever done was a 40 mile tavern tour. he has purchased a bike and has 5 weeks to train. If anyone looks at the picture on the page below he is not the type of person you would expect to do something this physically intense. This is not going to be easy for him at all.
