Freestyle Made Easy DVD/Triathlon Swimming Made Easy book bundle for about 1/2 price. I've had it for 2 weeks. Watched the DVD once, flipped through the book a couple times... both are in brand-new condition. Appears to be a good system for efficient swimming but I already swim the way it teaches for the most part, I'm more interested in swimming faster.
