I enjoyed it very much. First 1.5 seasons was finding it's feet but it went from great to superb after that. IMO.
I think a lot of actresses could have done the sister/daughter role but Katherine O'Hara was unique and irreplaceable.

I started watching it but I thought it was dumb and boring. Does it pick up?

Yes. I had to have this conversation with everyone I recommend it to. It takes probably until season 2 before you get sucked in, but then it just keeps getting better. I felt the same way too. Very bored early on, wanting to like it because I heard it was good and I like the people in it but just not feeling it. But I kept going and now it is a favorite.

Same here, took a while for me to get into it but overall I enjoyed it.

For those who think it's weird or slow to start, I did too, I thought no one would act this way. Then I started thinking what would it be like if the Kardashians/Jenner suddenly lost everything? Then I was hooked.
And no, I've never watched a single episode of the Kardashians, just hear enough about them to know they'd flounder spectacularly

Ok. You people were right. About halfway through season one it got very funny. I’ve finished season one and I’m on to season two. David Levy is awesome. He’s so reminds me of one of my friends that lives in NYC.

I finally finished season six and the series tonight. It was so good that I would only watch one episode a day because I wanted to drag it out and not have it end. So so good.

I'm with you. The gradual and continual character development was fantastic. They went from insufferably annoying people to genuine interesting and sympathetic characters.

So glad this series got some recognition, we absolutely loved it. And yes, I tell all my kids when eating the occasional treat to drag it out, make it last, savor it as long as possible. Tell my wife the same thing when, well you know what...

My wife had watched 5 seasons and told me I would like it. She rewatched the series with me. I thought it was great. The character development was awesome.

Glad to hear that you stuck with it, took me awhile to get into it but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Final two episodes were excellent.

LOVED this series! I binged it over about 2-3 weeks (who needs sleep right)? Was not a big fan the first time I watched the first episodes. I gave up on it for a few months, a friend said it was amazing so tried it again and yep. Amazing!

Also, Hulu has an extra after the fact episode which is a short documentary type episode of the last season and mostly the last day filming with interviews of the cast and mega fans. And it shows them going to different events. It really wraps it up nicely.
