Coke to sell pot infused drinks

I have been reading that seniors are turning to pot to relieve pain. This makes a lot of sense:

"Coca-Cola Co. says it’s monitoring the nascent industry and is interested in drinks infused with CBD -- the non-psychoactive ingredient in marijuana that treats pain but doesn’t get you high. The Atlanta-based soft drinks maker is in talks with Canadian marijuana producer Aurora Cannabis Inc. to develop the beverages, according to a report from BNN Bloomberg Television."

Many years ago there was a local girl who died from an overdose after her boyfriend covered her clitoris with cocaine. I'm not sure if it was for her stimulation or his, but it didn't turn out so well for either one of them.

I’ve never done coke. Doesn’t it make things numb, hence drugs like lidocaine?

For the very, very small percentage of medicinal marijuana users whose true intent is not to get high.

CBD does not require medical marijuana card. It is legal nation wide.

Not entirely true. Depends in large part if it's hemp or marijuana derived.

Doesn't change my point that the vast majority of people who use marijuana medically really just want to get high. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Just that, for the most part, medicinal marijuana is being used for other purposes. And that doesn't mean that it isn't a legitimate treatment for many conditions. Just an accurate description of the vast majority of those you claim to use medicinally.
