its vinyl they use to wrap cars in. so i guess its probably uv resistant...my caliper says its .0045" thick. about the same thickness as a piece of standard printing paper.

8.5" tall. i havnt mess around with it to much but i think i can go as wide as i have stock but i've been cutting everything down to 8.5x11" sheets

I'd be interested in a couple really simple red or black chrome panels to wrap around the seat and down tubes of a steel frame; similar to the panels on this Vanilla. Which isn't mine, unfortunately. I would need holes punched for the water bottle bolts.

I just wanted to post up a couple pics of the custom stickers that Nick made for me. He spent a lot of time designing some lettering for me and sending me samples that I could print out and look over. I think he did a great job and at even better price. Thanks Nick for your time and products.

i use the vinyl they wrap cars in, doesn't leave any residue...doubt it would damage the paint.

Just got done taking some pictures of my helmet... decals turned out great, the price was more than reasonable so I'm most definitely going to be getting some more stuff done by Nick. I would think these decals are a great alternative for changing the "color" of your Giro Air Attack. I'm sure Nick can do a decal kit in the "right" colors.

As far as doing a whole helmet kit I don't think I'll be making anything like that. I have however redesigned a couple aero helmets with vinyl decal stock. The only reason I won't sell a kit is because I know how hard it is to do, I wouldn't want to charge someone and send them something they could potentially not put on right and be upset that they wasted money on it.
I'll try and get some pictures of the helmets I've done up later.

If you look at the shiv picture(a couple posts up) and look close you can see Nicks decals in flat black. They've been on all summer.

I only use extremely thin, 2ml cast vinyl made by a company in france called Hexis, they rule the world, just google them.
I have most of the logos and designs out there, HED, ZIPP, FFWD, DA, you name it. I do a ton of decals for my club and many others, email me.
with the carbon rims decals, you have to be careful since not everything will stick to it. they will fly out while you're riding and lucky if they don't crash you so please be careful.

To the guy who has the bigger cutter, or even Nick. I have a friend who is working for a company that needs a good amount of stickers made, in a few different sizes. He is on here sometimes, but I didn't see him reply. He said he is having trouble finding someone local who won't rip him off for a sticker.

None of my decals are printed therefor none of them actually have backgrounds. They're cut from vinyl , like what you'd see on a vehicle window.
Basically your request would just be white letters cut out and you could stick that on whatever.

Just curious about a few of the decal projects you have done (pics in previous replies above) that have a few colours. Are they cut separately then layered on top of each other? Great work BTW. Cheers.

some of them are layered on top of each other (2 layers thick) some of them are laid within each other so there's only one layer. kinda just depends on the design and the number of decals that need to be made. if its a super complicated design the 2 layer approach is much easier and looks nicer because there are no gaps between colors at all. if the design is dark going on a white frame or something and you can see slivers of white through the decal it looks kinda bad... not that you could tell from 5 feet away but im all about the details.

Just wanted to add to the growing list of Nick's outstanding work. Helped me do some custom graphic work on my Kask Bambino. Was an absolute pleasure to work with and really helped make my idea a reality. Final product is extremely high quality and I could not be happier.

I'm interested in some Zipp 404 FC outline decals in metallic blue (sometimes referred to as Pepsi blue). Essentially, I'd like these (http://zipp.com/.../detail.php?ID=16730) with the centers as flat black (or just cut out of the decal) with the white in metallic blue. Can you PM me a quote?

I have a HED jet disc 700c wheel and would like to cover the disc as captain america's shield, do you think you could make a decal this big? if you can what would be the cost? Also, I have a lazer tardiz helmet and would like to get a shark mouth decal if thats possible?

Nick since I'm new I apparently can't send or reply to a private message. I bought a Giro helmet and need to add a green strip in the middle. The helmet is black and a decal would be preferred to trying to paint it. Can this be done and what would the cost be?
