I finally clawed my way back to par, actually 1 over (or should it be under?... 81 of 80)...with my first triple this year.
Less than 3 weeks to go people. Time to finish strong!
I've lost almost 10 lbs during this challenge, and maybe gained about 30s/mi in pace. Legs are feeling pretty good.
