Now you make me wonder who you are even though I don't think we met Joyce. Anyways, he ran 2:16 at SD RnR years back. I was following him since then. Sometimes he wastes too much energy preaching veganism that can be used for training. He has a very good vlog series on YouTube. Perhaps it's just age (10k hour rule)
