I was not planning to qualify for the 20 pound challenge. But now the holidays are nearly over and I have been minimally training for 4 weeks due to flu, followed by cold, followed by bruised knee...but ate with no restraint. I now need to loose 20 lbs. I weighed in at 172 first thing in the Monday morning the day after Christmas Day feasting. I want to get to 150 by April 23rd for the long course national DU championships. Good luck and keep a strong willpower.
