- 85-90% plant based (eat mostly plants)
- 10-15% animal product
- Eat real foods (get away from processed)
- Do not eat too much: Eat the calories your body needs and nothing extra...in fact, start at a caloric loss. (This wont be hard if you are eating a lot of vegetables and fruits)
- Exercise regularly

now 152-158lbs depending on the training day.
