There is a reset button on the underside...it even is marked "reset". Take a paper clip and push it...if that doesn't work...you are up the creek without a paddle as Ergomo is now bankrupt and you won't get any warranty service or customer service for that matter..

Use the BB as a $1000 paper weight and get a PowerTap... or start saving for a quarq or SRM.

Maybe it was/is not getting charged. I know this has happened to a few people. Unscrew the end of the plug that is on the charger and make sure there are not any broken wires. Good luck.

Presumably the rechargeable battery can be replaced and sourced somehow.

I have the same issue.

Perly - I hope you get your Ergomo working. HOWEVER, if ever for some reason you decide to throw in the towel, I would be happy to purchase your data link cable. Keep me in mind.
