LOL yourself, "Frank". As far as I have been able to determine, I was the very 1st to propose/pursue calculation of "on-the-fly" changes in non-sustainable energy reserves. Perhaps you have some evidence to the contrary?
EDIT: Actually, I take that back - Morton and Billat tested an approach back in 2004. However, they simply assumed that recovery followed a mono-exponential time course with a time constant of 20 s, and used the model to calculate CP and W', not changes in W' over time. (Interestingly, said estimates did *not* agree with those obtained using continuous tests.)
