So I want to focus on some running this winter and I have been reading BarryP plan. Can someone lay out a typical week for me?
Lets assume my long run is gonna be 8 miles over the next few months.
I see the 3.2.1 should look like this I think
Saturday Long run - 8 mile
Sunday- 2 miles
Monday - 4 miles
Tuesday - 2 Miles
Wed - ?
Thurs-?
Friday - off
