12cm on a road bike for early long stuff,10cm if I am racing.
TT is always as far forward as allowed.

Is your fit drastically different than most?

*track bike, TT bike is pretty close, I think it's closer to 90.

I assume it's not a common fit these days, it's certainly not something you'd come to from a fit session or a Retul bike.

14 cm

Uci rules aren't the constraint these days - the mfrs are.

In correlation to body height / leg length would be interesting .. with me it's close but would not be UCI conform on my roadié with 191cm and maybe a little bit long legs .. riding Flite since 20 years ..

One reason I reduced setback over the last years and got a little bit higher therefor is my stomach, the second is getting my nose more out of the wind because of the speed and the third is a proper balance to accommodate the race geo of my Luzié ..

I am 40mm on a Fizik Arione saddle. That is with the saddle as far forward as it will fit on a ~20mm setback seatpost. I basically duplicated my 30-YO road bike setup, so I have no idea if this is a great fit. But I was very fast and won a lot of races in the day.

25mm with a Sitero on my tri bike, which gets me in the same position as the previous "conventional" saddle (Selle San Marco Aspide Tri) which was 40mm ahead of the BB...

Mine is 3.5cm ... but in Oregon, you don't have to worry about the 5cm rule! ... Unless you plan on racing outside of the state.

I'm using a Specialized Power Pro saddle and am 180.34cm tall (82.44cm inseam).
