With Ironman 70.3 Raleigh coming soon, I want to get a race day chain. I've always degreased and re-lubed my chains before races but I'd rather just buy something and save me the cleaning time.
How messy is the Ceramic Speed chain with the teflon powder? I've seen pictures of the Ceramic Speed chains and there is white powder everywhere. I've also spoken to the owner of ICE Friction and was wondering if anyone has used ICE chains.
I've read the Friction Facts reports and I'm currently evaluating Squirt lube on my Ultegra training chain.
