Drag reduction (Watts) seems reasonable in that position.

How did it impact your power output? What was your power output at 40kph in that position?

I tried it today on the trainer. I figured that this would be the place to start. When I was on he areobar, I couldn't get my legs high enough. With hands on the base bar I did alot better. After two tries, big problem though; I'm resting right on my balls. There's no way I could ride like that outside. I'll try again but I probably have to do some adjusting before I go superman next time.
