When are you going to close registration? I want to do the race with a crew from my tri-team, but no one is ready to committ yet - it's kind of an all or nothing deal right now.
Do you have a team discount for 5 or more from one team?

I was out painting the course tonight - there are going to be a few bike course changes thanks to a road that is no longer a road. Not a big deal, just a deal. We will have this fixed this week - I need to make some calls in the morning to find out what in the hell happened to a road that was a road that is now gravel. If not I have a backup road already. At this point the course is 70% painted out with corners marked.

LOL- me neither, honestly. I really use Lunchbox b/c I went to Virginia Tech, and they give the defensive football player who worked his ass off that week a lunchbox to hold onto until next week. My wife asked me the other day if I thought I was as strong as I used to be, as I'm now 38 lbs off of my powerlifting max weight. No, I told her, but I'm a hell of a lot faster! I have no clue what to expect after a winter spent swimming and a current weight 11 pounds less than last year's "race weight". I just want to go fast and kick my own ass. And finally get a good meal after the race- man, I haven't eaten ice cream in 4 months.

First off the bike course is now an out and back single out and back bike. The roads are 100% painted. The county promises me that "Free Church Rd" will have all of the pot holes patched in the next week or two.

Hammer is providing the fuel for the race. They have a wonderful product and I am sure that all will be pleased with what we have on the course.
