I was feeling pretty good about myself as we were about 2/3's of the way through our 38x100yd workout today when one of the coaches at our club who is going to Olympic trials this year got in to begin his workout. Written on his board was 100x100, arranged in groups of 10 on descending intervals. I think this was the progression:
