USAT and WTC are both WADA signatories, so if USADA gives him the banstick, so must USAT and WTC.

This is such a joke. Look at the number of sports that we all know they dope, like football, but never do real testing. Who cares. Our justice system is SO screwed up!!

I'm not going to speculate as to what evidence USADA may or may not have, but this statement makes me think USADA isnt in it for the honor of sport (whatever the hell that means).

That USADA ignores this fundamental distinction and charges me instead of the admitted dopers says far more about USADA, its lack of fairness and this vendetta than it does about my guilt or innocence.

If you go by the graphic from the Cunningham article you get three new multiple TdF winners! Quite the mix-up!

1999 - Escartin
2000 - Escartin
2001 - Kivilev
2002 - Azevedo
2003 - Zubeldia
2004 - Azevedo
2005 - Evans

That depends on whether you think Lance is lying or not, doesn't it? Lance has always played the 'they're out to get me' card.

Can he still race in IM France? Isn't that race outside of USADA jurisdiction? What exactly is their jurisdiction?

As previously stated, WTC has signed up to WADA. So if banned by USADA, then he banned by WTC. He will also be banned in France too by the French doping Agency.

Luskin (Armstrong's attorney) said USADA sent Armstrong a letter last week asking him to meet with anti-doping officials. Armstrong declined, believing USADA was not interested in his testimony but rather a confession, Luskin said.

i bet last week's letter is a hoot.
LA will suavely attach today's letter to that letter and play to the spite angle. dirty or not, it plays well. these guys are going Ahab on him.

once again, what a WOT.
