Very nice bike! Looks elegant and fast. How did you get the baked on decals off. I haven't tried on mine. (Zipp sponsored and actually like the colors of the decals.) Just curious (and sponsors change). Did notice that there were corners pulled up and have wondered if you can't just pull up on these and pop them off.

I like the Minoura system better than the X-Lab because it sits closer to my butt and the bottles are lower and easier to reach.

I didn't take the Zipp decals off. Tai made me some black-out stickers to place over them. Real easy to put on and take off...just use a hair dryer.

Here is a picture of my Cervelo Dual as it is today. The only changes will be Nokon's when they arrive as well as Hed Carbon Extensions. I am just figuring out the size with the aluminum extensions first then I will cut the carbon ones to size.

With the race wheels (2050g) on, the bike weighs in at 18 lbs and with my AC Sprint 350's (1306g) it weighs in at 16.5 lbs.
