"Graves is gone?"

Well now they show a shot of him. Where the heck is he? He's not on the leaderboard.

I just heard Welchie refer to "The Mens" when talking about Wellington losing time after the turn-around at Hawi. As in: "Wellington is losing time to The Mens coming down the hill from Hawi"

Does he know about "The Womens"?

Chrissie has 7 minutes. Can any of the girls run a 2:49 to catch her?

Maybe, but if she keeps this up, it will take a 2:40.

In the 65-69 female, Peggy McDowell-Cramer, who sometimes posts here, swam a 1:28. Cherie Gruenfeld went 1:19. Both good times.

Their podium dreams are over, but I think they can still do some catching up, particularly Macca on the run.

Norman just tossed his bike into a volcano and alternating between tears and profanity laced streams of German. Macca has had a mechanical again. Talk about bad luck. His seat post has slipped down 1 mm and he apparently doesn't carry the bike stand needed to properly fix it. He is waiting on a support van and will make a decision shortly.

BTW...Graves just told the cameraman that he been "tricking" everyone with his strategy all week. He real plan was to save it on the bike and run a 2:20 marathon.

Rudy Garcia-Tolson averaging 12.5 at the 28 mile point...around a 9 hour bike. What's the bike cut-off time? I sure hope he makes it to the run...that is one tough hombre...

Vanhoenacker looking good on the bike. As a half-Belgian I like seeing these Belgian guys doing well. He can run, so maybe a top 3 for him? Van Lierde in the front 10 too.
